Shipping
Roadplayerbilliards will ship all orders within 2 business days
after receipt of your order! We will send a email confirming your shipment. Your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business
days in the continental U.S. International orders will be given an estimated time of arrival and additional
shipping charges will apply. All shipping on international orders must be paid before the order will be shipped. We will do
everything we can to ship the order the fastest and cheapest way possible. You will be sent a pay-pal
button to pay for the shipping charges. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as possible!
Returns
All unchalked and unused products qualify for full credit or replacement.
Damaged or defective items are subject to manufacturer warranties and vary accordingly, though most manufactures warranty
for parts and workmanship up to one year from time of purchase. To insure expedient handling of return requests, please follow
procedure listed below.
- Contact Roadplayer Billiards to receive Return Authorization.
- Include a copy of the original invoice with Returned Products.
- Package items in the original package and return them to the address
on the package.
Non-approved requests, insuffecient packaging, or incomplete invoice
information voids any potential returns request, However, all efforts will be made to process these returns regardless.
Minimum Order
Roadplayer Billiards does not require a minimum order, we value
your order no matter what the size! Sometimes you just need the minimum and we want to provide you with whatever it is you
need!
