Tony Le held off all challengers at the February 4 stop of the Lucasi Hybrid Cues All-American Tour to take the title over Mike Clancy. The $500-added 8-ball tourney on 7-foot Valley bar boxes drew 27 players in a double-elimination, races-to-4 format was hosted by Cuemasters Billiards in Dubuque, IA.

On the A-side, Le won the hot seat by clipping Levi Behnke 4-3 in the finals after Le and Behnke had dispatched their respective semifinals opponents Mike Clancy 4-3 and Brian Shannon 4-1.
On the B-side, Clyde Dunlap and Bill Kramer were eliminated at fifth place at the hands of Mike Clancy 3-4 and Brian Shannon 2-4. Clancy then ousted Shannon at fourth place by a 4-1 margin, and he continued his hot hand to claim the B-side finals, blanking Behnke 4-0. The final match was a close call for Le again, but he defeated Clancy by a slim 4-3 margin once more in the first set.
